(Degree +
Motivation) x GHS = Graduate Employment...
Are you a
recent graduate not yet in a graduate
job?
Are you
looking for ways to make yourself more
employable?
At the University of Chester we are only too aware of the impact of
the economic recession on graduates and their job
prospects. If you
don’t yet have the job that you hope for, it is essential to
remain motivated and to keep developing your skills and experience
in order to improve your employability
prospects.
In order to offer some practical help to graduates, we are able to
offer the Graduate Head Start (GHS) programme. This unique and innovative
programme has been designed to support graduates who are yet to
find employment or who are not fulfilling their career
ambitions. GHS will
provide you with the employment skills and professional development
to give you a head start towards your chosen career
path.
GHS is a free, three-day programme for University of Chester
graduates, funded by the University of Chester and the European
Social Fund.
Participants can be from any discipline, having gained either a
Bachelor or Masters degree, and must live within a commutable
distance of the University of Chester. If you are an EU resident or you
hold a Permanent Right to Remain Visa you are eligible to
participate in the programme.
